Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul reefer and dry van trailers across multiple states with 100% no-touch freight and 15% drop-and-hook. The role includes 10-14 loads per week and up to 5 stop-offs per load, driving within IN, KY, NC, OH, TN, VA, and WV.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
