Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated hauling of reefer and dry van trailers. Expect 100% no-touch and 15% drop-and-hook with 10–14 loads per week and 1–5 stop-offs per load.

Routes run within IN, KY, NC, OH, TN, VA and WV. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, plus a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, and sign-on bonuses of up to $7,500 for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
