Job summary

Schneider National in Kentucky is hiring for dedicated driving with a night schedule, hauling 100% no-touch freight on reefer and dry van trailers. You will haul within KY, NC, TN, VA and WV, receive mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, and a $1,000 weekly guarantee during your first 90 days.

A $7,500 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers or $5,000 for newer drivers is paid over 12 months, plus paid orientation and PTO after 6 months.

Overview

• Reefer and dry van trailers hauling 100% no-touch freight.
• 10-12 loads per week with multiple stop-offs.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
