Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll train 4–6 weeks with an experienced trainer, then move into your own truck and earn $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits begin after training with direct deposits weekly and real on-the-road experience.

During training, you’ll learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, pre-trip inspections, and dispatch communication. No prior driving experience is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and DOT qualification compliance.
• No previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn from an experienced mentor during the 4–6 week program.
• Develop safe driving, trip planning, and inspections skills.
• Transition to solo driving after training and start routes.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow company procedures.
