Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You will spend 4-6 weeks training with an experienced trainer, then move into your own truck and begin earning $1,600–$1,800 per week.

The program offers weekly direct deposit, full benefits after training, and real on-the-road experience with a mentor. During training you will learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, and pre-/post-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean MVR
• Meet DOT qualification requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No previous driving experience required

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to build skills and confidence
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups/deliveries, pre-/post-trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch during mentor period
• Transition into driving solo in your own truck after program completion
