365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You will spend 4-6 weeks training with an experienced mentor, then transition to your own truck to drive solo on the open road.

Earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training, with weekly direct deposit and full benefits after completion. This paid program provides real on-the-road experience and a clear path from recent graduate to solo driver, helping you build the skills and confidence needed for a successful trucking

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean MVR
• Meet DOT qualification requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Safety-focused and dependable
• No previous driving experience is required

Responsibilities

• During training, you'll ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed on your own.
• You'll learn: Safe driving and trip planning, Pickups and deliveries, Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, Communication with dispatch, Everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver
• After successfully completing the mentor program, you'll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
