Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. After training, you’ll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600-$1,800 per week.

The program includes weekly direct deposit and full benefits after training, plus real on-the-road experience with an experienced mentor. We offer a structured path from recent graduate to solo driver and look forward to helping

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean MVR
• Meet DOT qualification requirements
• No previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to build skills and confidence.
• After mentor completion, transition into your own truck and drive solo on the open road.
