Job summary

365 Freight USA offers a paid mentor program for new CDL-A graduates. You’ll train 4–6 weeks with an experienced mentor, then transition to your own truck as a solo driver on the open road.

The company emphasizes real on-the-road experience and a structured path from graduate to solo driver. During training, you’ll learn safe driving, trip planning, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and effective communication with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and DOT qualification requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced mentor during training to build skills.
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, and inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch and carry out daily driving duties as a solo driver.
