Job summary

365 Freight USA invites recent CDL-A graduates to join a paid mentor program. You’ll spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer to gain real-world experience before moving into your own truck and earning $1,600–$1,800 per week.

You’ll receive weekly direct deposits, and full benefits after training, with a structured path from recent graduate to solo driver on the open road.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and DOT qualification requirements.
• Safety-focused and dependable.
• Willingness to learn in a mentor program.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to build skills and confidence.
• Learn safe driving practices and trip planning.
• Handle pickups and deliveries and plan routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch.
• Transition to solo driving after mentor program completion.
