365 Freight USA in Peoria, Illinois is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities beyond CDL school. After training, you will have your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with weekly direct deposit and full benefits after training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced trainer to learn safe driving, trip planning, and procedures.
• Learn pickup/delivery procedures, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and dispatch communication.
• After training, transition to solo driver on routes originating from the Peoria, Illinois area.
