Job summary

365 Freight USA in Edmond, OK is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You'll train 4-6 weeks with an experienced trainer before moving into your own truck and earning $1,600–$1,800 per week.

During training you’ll learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, and inspections with dispatch support. After the mentor program you’ll drive solo on the open road.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• MVR must be clean and meet DOT qualifications.
• No prior driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ride with a mentor during training to build skills.
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, and dispatch communications.
• Perform pickups and deliveries and inspections.
• Prepare for solo driving after training.
