Job summary

Wind River Environmental, LLC is hiring a Pump Technician for residential and commercial septic pumping. This night-shift role involves driving a service truck, customer interactions, and performing routine maintenance in NC (Stanley).

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL with tanker endorsement when required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and road signs.
• Must pass DOT drug screen, medical, and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Prepare truck and tools for each service job.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Note defects or hazards and suggest maintenance.
• Submit quotes and service paperwork timely.
• Respond to trouble/emergency calls promptly.
• Advise on maintenance frequency with customers.
• Follow Wind River Environmental service protocols.
