Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. You will operate pavement marking equipment and drive heavy trucks to job sites, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

A valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record is required, along with knowledge of DOT regulations and the ability to read maps and work orders. Flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime, and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites.
