Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping crew. This role supports safety-focused road markings and precise application of thermoplastic and waterborne paint.

Responsibilities include operating pavement marking equipment, transporting crew and gear, performing vehicle inspections, and adhering to DOT regulations. Nights and weekends may be required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic and waterborne paint.
• Operate pavement marking equipment and vehicles safely per DOT rules.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Assist with setting up equipment and maintaining gear and vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper loading of equipment.
