Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. You will operate pavement marking equipment and trucks to install thermoplastic and waterborne paint according to DOT standards.

This full-time role requires safety focus, the ability to read work orders and maps, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and the willingness to travel to job sites. We offer health, dental, vision, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with the highway striping crew to install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment, including airless paint machines, thermoplastic hand liners, and grinders.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Transport pavement marking equipment and crew to and from job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Assist with setting up and operating pavement marking equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road and on job sites.
