Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. This role supports road safety with precise pavement markings and operates a range of marking equipment.

Responsibilities include transporting crew and equipment, performing inspections, and maintaining safety while working hours may include nights and weekends. We offer a safety-focused environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders, maps, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must pass background check, MVR review and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with the highway striping crew to install pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment and related tools.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document results.
• Assist with setting up and operating equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and loading; ensure safety.
