Temple Physicians Inc. seeks a Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team in Huntingdon Valley, PA.

This role is 40 hrs per week, day shift, full-time, on site, and focuses on transposing and reconciling clinical documentation from the EMR into payer systems to support risk adjustment and revenue accuracy. The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), 3 years in clinical documentation or related fields, and ICD-10 proficiency.

Competenze

• Must have ICD-10 proficiency.
• Strong understanding of progress notes components.
• Experience in clinical documentation, billing or health information management preferred.

Mansioni

• Transpose and reconcile clinical documentation from the EMR into payer systems.
• Provide feedback to management for provider education and correction.
• Ensure patient records are complete in a timely manner per payer guidelines.
