The role focuses on safety, service, productivity, inventory performance, and workforce development, shaping the future of our supply chain and developing the next generation of leaders.

You will oversee managers and operations, drive continuous improvement, manage expenses, and ensure profitable, reliable performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or related environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all distribution center operations through a team of managers and operational leaders.
• Drive safety, service, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Develop leaders through coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Optimize labor, inventory, and capacity to support objectives and customer expectations.
• Champion continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage operating expenses, assets, and performance metrics to deliver efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and results.
