Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Administers and implements the CDBG program for the City of Thornton.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Prepares Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, CAPER, and related documents.
  • Gathers information, hires consultants, and manages Environmental Review Records (ERR).
  • Provides technical assistance to grant subrecipients from application through closeout.
