Ian Martin Group is seeking a Project Manager, Construction Design & Asset Management (CDAM) to lead planning, design, and delivery of capital and operating projects across workplace facilities. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure safety and governance.

You will oversee design and construction management, review designs for constructability, coordinate permitting and commissioning, and drive risk management and reporting to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, PM, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
• Professional Engineering, Architectural, or equivalent designation is considered an asset.
• Seven+ years of progressive project management experience on construction, renovation, workplace, infrastructure, facilities, or asset-related projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, consultants, and contractor performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of assigned capital and O&M projects.
• Develop project charters, scope definitions, schedules, budgets, risk registers, execution strategies, and project plans.
• Ensure projects align with business requirements, operational constraints, asset strategies, workplace standards, and applicable governance requirements.
• Monitor and proactively manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate project activities with business unit representatives to minimize operational disruption and maintain business continuity.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, timely status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
