Job summary

Home Helpers of AR in Idaho is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. You'll help with hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and companionship across multiple homes.

Eligible employees receive a $250 sign-on bonus split into the first two paychecks with a 20 hour/week minimum; daily pay option is available. The role requires compassion, reliability, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and compassionate.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

This dynamic role is perfect for experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing top-quality care. Eligible employees will receive a $250 sign-on bonus, split between their first two paychecks. To qualify for each bonus payment, employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the applicable pay period. The bonus will be paid in two installments of $125 each, provided the employee meets the required hours for each applicable period. Failure to meet the hourly requirement will forfeit the bonus.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
