Robesonia Logistics LLC, part of the C&S family, is seeking a Professional Driver on 3rd shift to start with training and then deliver regionally. You will operate a CMV, learn C&S standards, and work under DOT regulations.

Shifts start between midnight and 5am, Sundays off with an extra day off, home daily, regional deliveries, sign-on bonus, and benefits including health insurance after 90 days and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with active DOT certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid DOT medical exam/physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck) following DOT rules.
• Load and unload product at 3–10 stops per day.
• Inspect equipment and ensure it remains compliant with regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Overview

C&S Wholesale Grocers desires to create the most safe, efficient, and service forward fleet in the country. As a Professional Driver with C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will start your driving career with the company by working with a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) who will provide coaching and insight on the C&S Way which includes company and regulatory requirements. Once you have successfully completed our new hire training program, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through deliveries of product and services while performing all other assigned duties. All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Description

• Utilizing the specialized skills developed with experience and the C&S Professional Driver Training Program, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc...), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product
• Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day
• Driver will inspect, document and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
• Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements
• All other duties as assigned

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : DOT Certified, Class A Commercial Driver's License

• Other: : Must be DOT certified with all qualification requirements

Years Of Experience

• 1-2 : Recent tractor-trailer experience.
• 1-2 : Supporting a large Enterprise Storage environment.
