Job summary

Robesonia Logistics LLC is seeking a Professional Driver to join our team for home daily regional deliveries in a third shift. You will train under a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) and learn the C&S Way, delivering products safely while complying with DOT regulations.

The role offers a $30/hour wage, a $5k sign-on bonus, health insurance after 90 days, and a 401(k) with company match. PTO accrual begins after 120 days with structured time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• DOT Certification and a valid Class A CDL are required.

• Valid Department of Transportation medical exam is required.
• Full regulatory compliance with FMCSR/DOT rules is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck) safely and deliver products.
• Load and unload ambient or temperature-sensitive items for 3–10 stops per day.
• Inspect and document equipment, ensuring regulatory and company requirements are met.
• Travel opportunities as part of regional deliveries.

Position Overview

C&S Wholesale Grocers desires to create the most safe, efficient, and service forward fleet in the country. As a Professional Driver with C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will start your driving career with the company by working with a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) who will provide coaching and insight on the C&S Way which includes company and regulatory requirements. Once you have successfully completed our new hire training program, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through deliveries of product and services while performing all other assigned duties. All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Description

• Utilizing the specialized skills developed with experience and the C&S Professional Driver Training Program, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product

• Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day

• Driver will inspect, document and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements

• Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements

• All other duties as assigned

Skills
