Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, security systems, engineering or criminal justice.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Software House CCure 9000.
• Knowledge of access control systems and security hardware.
• Strong understanding of IP networking and physical security operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain CCure 9000 access control systems.
• Manage cardholder databases, access levels, schedules, clearances, and security policies.
• Configure and maintain controllers, readers, door hardware, and associated components.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform corrective maintenance.
• Support badge management, credential lifecycle, and visitor access workflows.
• Integrate CCure 9000 with VMS, intrusion systems, and other security tech.
• Coordinate testing and validation of integrated security solutions.
• Assist in evaluating new physical security technologies.
• Collaborate with IT on network, server, cybersecurity requirements.
