Richmond University Medical Center in New York is seeking a Nurse Manager of Critical Care to lead the three-Unit CCU team. You will oversee clinical operations, staffing, and performance initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a NY RN license, a BSN, and has strong leadership skills; a MSN and CCRN are strongly preferred to advance critical care programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience, strongly preferred.
• Valid New York State RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; master's degree preferred.
• CCRN certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing human and fiscal resources for 3 Intensive Care Units: CCU, MICU, SICU.
• Providing clinical leadership and oversight across the CCU.
• Developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
