Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Surveillance Technician to assist the Lead Surveillance Technician in managing CCTV analog and digital systems. You will perform routine maintenance, installations, and repairs to ensure continuous operation on property.

You will gather records of malfunctions, support reporting to the Indiana Gaming Commission, and stay updated on new CCTV technologies. The role requires physical work, some climbing, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Certifications/licenses required for surveillance equipment; stay up to date on CCTV technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Surveillance Technician with CCTV maintenance, installation, and repairs.
• Provide accurate records of equipment malfunctions and report to the Director of Surveillance and Indiana Gaming Commission.
• Complete preventive maintenance schedules and repairs on surveillance equipment.
• Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
• Assist with low voltage, camera placement, digital recorder maintenance, IT networking, and cable pulls.
• Maintain relationships with CCTV vendors and manufacturers.
• Report to the Director of Surveillance and assist all departments.
