You will manage incident lifecycle in ServiceNow, perform on-site repairs, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure high availability and compliant data retention.

The role requires both leadership in weekly reviews and hands-on technical work across local sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CCTV system administration, field tech work, or security operations management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for incident management.
• Deep understanding of CCTV hardware, DVR/NVR architecture, IP cameras, and VMS.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, PoE) related to video streaming.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of CCTV tickets in ServiceNow.
• Diagnose hardware and network issues; perform on-site repairs.
• Lead weekly status and escalation reviews with stakeholders.
• Travel to local sites for on-site troubleshooting and camera maintenance.
• Ensure high availability and proactive downtime prevention.
