Qualifications

• Experience with Network switch programming.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing projects with Project Managers and Field Technicians.
• Capture and track project data and on-site times.
• Follow project documentation for accurate execution.
• Provide technical service and troubleshooting via phone, chat, email.
• Configure network gear, CCTV systems, and UPS equipment remotely.
• Maintain safety standards and document work thoroughly.
