Job summary

Wachter, Inc. is seeking a CCTV Network Support Technician for our Beau Terre location in Bentonville, AR. This onsite role is a temp-to-possible-perm position, with hours 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.

You’ll provide network and CCTV system support across customer environments, collaborating with Project Managers and Field Technicians to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate has experience with CCTV/video surveillance, network programming, VDI, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and decipher manufacturer instructions.
• Experience with network switch programming.
• IP camera programming experience.
• Operational knowledge of VDI.
• Operational knowledge of switch configuration and programming.
• CCTV hardware knowledge including analog/IP, switches, wireless, routers, UPS.
• Proficiency with common IT tools (Office, Service Now, secureCRT).

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing projects with Project Managers and Field Technicians.
• Capture and track project data (check-ins, time on site, completion documents).
• Follow project documentation to ensure accurate execution of requirements.
• Provide technical service and troubleshooting support via phone, chat, and email.
• Develop and improve processes to meet evolving project needs.
• Remotely configure and program networking equipment and CCTV systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networked devices.
• Create and execute scripts to support operations and projects.
• Configure and verify network settings and device connectivity.
• Assist teams with additional technical support needs as they arise.
• Adhere to safety requirements and company standards.
