• Background check with no felony convictions.
• Pre-employment drug screen and zero tolerance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong attention to detail and focus during long monitoring periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CCTV software.
• Excellent written and verbal incident reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a control room.

Responsabilités

• Monitor live CCTV feeds for threats, safety issues, and policy violations.
• Serve as communications hub for security patrols and radio dispatch.
• Review and export recorded footage as authorized.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV hardware, software, and recording systems.
• Document incidents and report to security team.
• Support access control, loss prevention, and security teams with video evidence.
• Perform routine system checks and camera health audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
