The role requires 2+ years in CCTV or surveillance, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with CCTV software and MS Office. You will work with access control and loss prevention teams, performing system health checks and maintaining video evidence integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of CCTV monitoring or security operations experience.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check with no felony convictions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and remain drug-free.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CCTV/video management software.

Responsabilités

• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds in real time for security threats, safety issues, and policy violations.
• Serve as the communications hub for security patrols, including radio dispatch, coordination, and real-time support.
• Review and export recorded footage as requested by authorized personnel.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV hardware, software, and recording systems.
• Document and report observed incidents or anomalies to the appropriate security team members.
• Support access control, loss prevention, and physical security teams with video evidence and system access.
• Perform routine system checks, camera health audits, and basic maintenance.
