Job summary

Able Health Services Inc. seeks a dedicated Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) Program Manager to lead and grow our CCS team, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities.

You will guide operations, oversee performance, and advocate for well-being and rights in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role requires strong leadership, oversight of daily activities, and participation in meetings and training to uphold service excellence and policy

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a human-services setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of person-centered care and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of CCS team.
• Intervene in times of crisis and outside regular hours as needed.
• Ensure services align with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage CCS performance and ensure adherence to person-centered practices.
• Coordinate and implement individual satisfaction surveys.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and trainings.
• Maintain supervision records and performance evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs and complete required quality reviews.
