Leoforce is seeking a dedicated Senior Engineer - Project Manager with CCR and landfill experience to lead and manage complex solid waste projects. You will oversee planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and completion, while ensuring regulatory compliance and successful client engagement.

The ideal candidate has an ABET-accredited engineering degree, 7+ years in solid waste/landfill/CCR, and strong project management skills. A PE license is preferred and PMP is a plus.

Competenze

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering experience in solid waste, landfill, or CCR.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and budget delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Mansioni

• Oversee CCR and landfill projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, risk registers, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet budget and timelines.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for CCR and landfill.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
• Oversee tendering, negotiations, and contractor selection.
• Report project status to stakeholders and senior management.
