Apollo Plumbing has proudly served Snohomish and North King County since 2005, providing professional plumbing and drain cleaning services with a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a CCR/Dispatch Hybrid to support our office operations and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The CCR/Dispatch Hybrid plays a key role in day-to-day operations by supporting both Customer Care Representative (CCR) and Dispatcher responsibilities. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with call booking, and helping coordinate technical scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and written communication
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible with work hours
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and provide excellent service
• Use company call scripts while communicating with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls
• Notify customers of schedule changes and coordinate rescheduling when needed
• Help ensure technicians arrive on time to appointments
• Debrief technicians after each job and confirm payment collection
• Conduct follow-up "happy calls" and outbound customer calls
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
• Support general and office administrative tasks as needed
