Responsabilités

• Monitor 43 district facilities using specialized systems at the district's centralized Control Center including fire panels, heating and ventilation, electrical power, food service equipment, security cameras, door access and other systems.
• Contact public safety personnel with clear and concise information in event of an urgent or emergency situation.
• Report all issues and assure compliance with district policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate log of activities and interactions.
• Escalate issues as appropriate and necessary.
• Provide first point of contact for municipal and external service providers including public safety.
• Handle calls from district staff and external service providers determining appropriate course of action.
• Work professionally with district staff, public safety representatives, municipalities, utilities, and third-party service providers.
• Provide appropriate transfer of event and situational information to ensure continuity at end of work day.
• May be required to fill multiple shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
