Job summary

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH seeks a visionary Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Project Director to lead strategic planning, implementation, and quality improvement for rural health transformation and CCBHC certification.

The role requires a graduate degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, or related field and at least five years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field required.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare administration.
• Experience with grant-funded initiatives and system transformation preferred.
• Knowledge of CCBHC certification requirements and rural health initiatives recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, implementation, and QoI for CCBHC certification and Rural Health Transformation.
• Serve as liaison with CBHA and state/federal partners; ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and accountability structures.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to meet program goals.
• Oversee data collection, reporting metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with Quality, Clinical, and Finance teams to embed project outcomes into the QI framework.
• Lead advisory boards and coordinate cross-sector training and communications.
