Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Director of Mental Health and Substance Use for the Eastern, NC region. The role leads the CCBHC program, ensures compliance with federal/state/payer requirements, and drives quality through data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work or related field, with 5+ years in leadership and 3+ years in operations, budgeting, and staff management, plus NC driver’s license. Hybrid work with travel and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Five years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or related field.
• Three years managing operations, compliance, budgeting, and staff leadership.
• Experience with Medicaid-funded services and behavioral health systems.
• Knowledge of PPS-2 reimbursement methodologies, quality incentive programs, and cost reporting.
• Driver’s license valid in the state of North Carolina.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation, operation, certification, and recertification activities of the CCBHC program.
• Coordinate day-to-day CCBHC activities to ensure alignment with federal, state, and payer requirements.
• Monitor alignment to the CCBHC Model of Care and support implementation of integrated and person-centered service delivery practices.
• Track implementation milestones, project plans, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure availability of all required CCBHC services.
• Assist with workforce planning, onboarding, training, and competency development related to CCBHC requirements.
