State of Maine is seeking an Office of Behavioral Health Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Specialist in Augusta. You will lead complex initiatives, coordinate activities across multiple offices, and manage timelines, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to support Maine's CCBHC model and grant efforts.

You will oversee implementation, monitor milestones, and present updates to OBH leadership while collaborating with external partners to strengthen behavioral health services

Qualifikationen

• Eight-year combination of education and/or experience in healthcare, social service or health plan administration, health planning, policy or program design and implementation, or program operations.
• Experience with leading complex initiatives, coordinating timelines and milestones, and monitoring progress.
• Knowledge of community-based behavioral health service delivery, the CCBHC model, and lifespan needs.

Aufgaben

• Provide project leadership and management for the CCBHC initiative across DHHS/CBHS
• Align the CCBHC initiative with strategic priorities and stakeholder interests
• Develop workplans, timelines, milestones, and identify responsible staff/organizations
• Prepare updates and reports for OBH leadership and present to internal/external stakeholders
• Support programmatic implementation and oversight of SAMHSA grant activities
