Job summary

Acacia Network seeks a Program Administrator to lead the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and ensure high-quality mental health services. You will supervise clinical staff, align operations with OMH/OASAS regulations, and manage regulatory compliance across programs.

The role focuses on staff leadership, program governance, and maintaining strong community and regulatory relationships to support quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required or equivalent.
• LCSW licensure preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of CC Behavioral Health clinics, OMH/OASAS regulations.
• Experience with grants, SAMSHA reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of the CCBHC program operations.
• Lead clinical leaders in hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
• Provide administrative supervision to clinical staff and monitor workflow for compliance and quality.
• Monitor staffing requirements and participate in hiring decisions.
• Ensure financial stability of programs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in crisis management and incident reporting to relevant agencies.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and collaborators.
• Provide guidance on quality and performance improvement.
