Job summary

Ahschc is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee operations of the Specialty Mental Health program. You will supervise and train staff while managing program efficiency and providing direct clinical services. Strong clinical and supervisory experience in behavioral health is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Clinical supervisory experience supervising para-professionals preferred.
• Program management experience in behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, training, and oversight to staff and interns.
• Support program operations through monitoring and staff development.
• Provide direct clinical services to Specialty Mental Health clients.

Skills

Bilingual/bicultural in an Asian Language

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of cultural issues, community resources

Education

California professional license for LCSW, LMFT, LPPC, Licensed Psychologist

Completion of 15-hour Clinical Supervision Training
