Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking an Assistant Clinical Program Manager to support day-to-day administration of group living or supported independent environments for adults with mental health needs. You will provide direct intervention, model engagement practices, and help lead the ACCS Integrated Team under the ACCS Clinical Program Manager.

The role is non-exempt, involves supervising staff, overseeing scheduling, and maintaining essential program documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with severe mental health issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high degree of personal organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire; Department of Public Health medication administration certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Program Manager in guiding program culture and engagement practices using evidence-based methods.
• Provide direct intervention and modeling for Engagement Partners.
• Supervise staff on shifts, including weekends and awake overnights.
• Oversee staff scheduling, relief coverage, and training of relief staff.
• Maintain program documentation, including logs, reports, and teaching programs.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination and other providers to ensure access to medical and clinical services.
