Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring for part-time ABA therapist roles to support children with developmental disabilities in Los Angeles County. You will provide individualized ABA services, working closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and the care team to implement data-driven intervention plans.

The position offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time between client locations, and opportunities for professional development as the center grows.

• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Compensation, Availability & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required)
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a TB test
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
• Spanish speaker strongly needed
