Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center in Los Angeles County provides individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents. You’ll work in home, school, and community settings, delivering 1:1 ABA services and helping families implement treatment plans.

You’ll collaborate with a clinical team to collect data, monitor progress, and support programs for children with ASD, while honoring each family’s culture, identity, and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred)
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass the TB test
• Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance
• Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin
