Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists to deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and support treatment programs for children with ASD under clinical supervision.

Required is a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in ABA/psychology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field is preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass TB test.
• Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

About Us

California Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

Position Summary

Behavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
• Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.
• Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.
