Community Partners in Action seeks an Intervention Specialist for Hartford to support the HAIC program. The role focuses on delivering CBT-informed interventions, individual and group sessions, and case management for adults involved with CT's criminal justice system.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse clients. Some evenings are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related education/experience in social services or criminal justice.
• Knowledge of CBT concepts and group facilitation is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; evening availability required.
• Must be computer literate with a valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, plan, and facilitate individual and group trainings per curriculum.
• Meet with clients individually to ensure understanding of services.
• Perform case management duties as directed.
• Document clearly and concisely in reports and systems.
• Maintain boundaries and promote pro-social behaviors with clients.
• Attend trainings and booster sessions related to the role.
