Job summary

Center Point, Inc. is launching a new Contra Costa County Day Reporting Center in San Pablo, CA, to serve adults on parole.

The CBT Facilitator will deliver evidence-based CBT and life skills interventions through group sessions, workshops, and individual meetings while supporting CMP development and program fidelity. You will work under supervision to promote behavioral change, prosocial skills, and successful community reintegration, with cross‑agency collaboration and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years CBT experience with justice-involved populations.
• Experience delivering CBT and life skills interventions to adults on parole preferred.
• Strong group facilitation and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evidence-based CBT groups and life skills workshops for adults on parole.
• Conduct group and individual meetings using motivational interviewing and client-centered engagement.
• Develop and implement individualized Case Management Plans (CMPs).
• Maintain accurate participant documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with CDCR staff, parole agents, and community providers.
• Support program onboarding, fidelity to CBT curriculum, and quality improvement.
