Community Solutions, Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA, seeks a Residential Re-Entry Housing Placement Coordinator & CBT Facilitator to oversee long‑term housing stability and deliver CBT and life skills at the Day Reporting Center. The role involves coordinating housing options, referrals, and participant progress within a evidence‑based program.

Two shifts: 12pm–8pm and three shifts 9am–5pm; hourly rate $27.25. The organization emphasizes equal opportunity employment and offers a full benefits package

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; relevant field preferred.
• Minimum two years RRH placement coordination experience or four years in a similar role.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, and disseminate housing information for long‑term recovery.
• Locate market‑rate housing opportunities from various sources.
• Create individualized housing and placement plans based on goals and needs.
• Provide referrals to community housing and related support services.
• Follow up on housing applications and support participants during the housing search.
• Facilitate housing meetings to review opportunities and educate on tenant practices.
• Ensure participants adhere to Re‑Entry Housing requirements.
• Deliver CBT programming and life skills using evidence‑based methods.
• Conduct group and individual sessions using motivational interviewing.
• Evaluate progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with participants to develop and implement a Case Management Plan.
• Engage with community agencies to support participant success.
