Center Point, Inc. in San Pablo, CA is seeking a compassionate CBT Facilitator to deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and life skills to adults on parole at the Contra Costa County DRC.

The role is part-time, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, requires DOJ Live Scan, CA driver's license, TB clearance, and strong facilitation and documentation skills. Join a new program under CDCR/DRP to support community reintegration.

Formación

• Knowledge of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and evidence-based rehabilitative interventions.
• Strong group facilitation and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse participant populations in individual and group settings.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate evidence-based CBT groups, life skills workshops, and educational programming for adults on parole.
• Conduct group and individual meetings using motivational interviewing and client-centered engagement techniques.
• Maintain accurate participant documentation, including progress notes, case files, and service tracking forms.
• Collaborate with Casework staff, CDCR staff, parole agents, and community providers.
• Participate in ongoing staff development, training, and quality improvement activities.
