Job summary

Center Point, Inc. seeks an experienced CBT Facilitator to lead evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and life skills programming at the Contra Costa County Day Reporting Center in San Pablo, CA. The role supports community reintegration and reduces recidivism for adults on parole.

Reporting to the Casework Supervisor, you will run groups, conduct individual meetings, and help participants create and implement CMPs while maintaining program fidelity and pursuing quality improvement goals.

Qualifications

• AA or AS degree from an accredited college or university with CBT experience in justice-involved populations or four+ years of CBT work with this group.
• Experience working with Adult Parole populations is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and evidence-based rehabilitative interventions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CBT groups, life skills workshops and educational programming for adults on parole.
• Conduct group and individual meetings using motivational interviewing and client-centered engagement.
• Evaluate participant progress and document participation, behavior, and service outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized Case Management Plans (CMPs) with participants.
• Maintain fidelity to CBT curriculum and evidence-based programming models.
• Conduct intake, orientation and documentation activities as assigned.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and participant reviews.
