Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Sheboygan, WI, seeks a Behavior Specialist to deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) within Residential, IOP, PHP and Acute Inpatient programs. You will develop CBT-based treatment plans with the Clinical Services Manager, participate in supervision, and document patient progress in medical records.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with CBT experience; training and guidance are provided to support clinical growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend CBT training and implement CBT-based treatment plans.
• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy to patients under supervision.
• Document treatment plans, outcomes, and psychosocial information in the medical record.
• Participate in supervision and multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Educate staff on cognitive behavioral approaches.
